I just listened to Joel Cheesman’s podcast with Landed.fm.

Joel runs a company called HRSEO that helps HR organizations optimize their websites for Search Engine traffic. It is a very good listen if you’re trying to see where online recruiting fits in your organization. We’re surely using Search Engines more and more to advertise our positions and it is nice to see how much traffic we’re generating to our job applications from those methods–practically for free. Cheesman also blogs about online recruiting via search engines as well. Here’s his post about the podcast.

Of course, my mantra is still: “It’s not the job ad, stupid.” The whole point, remember, is delivering quality people. The magic is getting them there.
